Driven Properties is seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Support Executive to provide dedicated administrative and operational support to one of our top property consultants. This role functions closely to that of a Personal Assistant, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, efficient client communication, and overall support in managing property transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact and support for the assigned Property Consultant.
• Manage daily schedules, calendar appointments, and client meetings.
• Assist with listing and updating properties on portals and CRM systems.
• Prepare client proposals, tenancy contracts, and required documentation.
• Coordinate property viewings, follow-ups, and feedback collection.
• Handle client queries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain and organize client databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Liaise with internal departments (Marketing, Admin, Customer Service) to support sales activities.
• Monitor transaction progress and assist with post-sales coordination.
• Support with administrative tasks such as travel bookings, expenses, and correspondence
• Perform cold calling activities to reach out to prospective clients listed in the company database.
