Job Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth for our SaaS solutions in the GCC region. The ideal candidate will have experience in software or technology sales, a strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, and familiarity with the cultural and business landscape of the GCC. This is a quota-carrying role that requires excellent communication, prospecting, and closing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Qualify Leads:
Identify and qualify potential customers through inbound and outbound channels including phone, email, social media (especially LinkedIn), and marketing campaigns. - Conduct Product Demos:
Deliver engaging product demonstrations tailored to the needs of prospects across multiple industries in the GCC. - Sales Pipeline Management:
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ensure data accuracy. Drive opportunities through the sales funnel to closure. - Regional Customization:
Adapt sales pitches and materials to fit the cultural, legal, and business expectations of each GCC country. - Quota Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by management. - Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align strategies, feedback market trends, and refine the sales process. - Follow-up and Nurturing:
Execute timely follow-ups, build relationships with decision-makers, and nurture accounts for upselling and cross-selling opportunities. - Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and SaaS market developments within the GCC region.
