AHS, a respected real estate organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Financial Manager to oversee and manage the personal financial affairs of a high-profile businessperson. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning, investment management, and strategic advice to ensure the financial well-being and growth of the client's personal assets.

Responsibilities

    • Financial Planning and Analysis:
      • Develop and implement personalized financial plans based on the client's goals, risk tolerance, and financial situation.
      • Conduct regular financial reviews and provide detailed reports on the client's financial status, including cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
    • Investment Management:
      • Manage and monitor the client's investment portfolio, ensuring alignment with their financial objectives and risk tolerance.
      • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and make informed recommendations.
      • Collaborate with external financial advisors and investment managers to optimize portfolio performance.
    • Tax Planning and Compliance:
      • Develop and implement tax-efficient strategies to minimize the client's tax liabilities.
      • Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations, and coordinate with tax professionals for accurate and timely filing of tax returns.
    • Risk Management:
      • Identify potential financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
      • Oversee insurance policies and ensure adequate coverage for the client's assets and liabilities.
    • Financial Reporting and Documentation:
      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
      • Prepare and present regular financial reports to the client, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
    • Client Relationship Management:
      • Serve as the primary point of contact for all personal financial matters.
      • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with the client and their family members.
      • Provide exceptional service and support, addressing any financial concerns or inquiries promptly.

  • Proven experience as a Personal Financial Manager or similar role
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and market analysis
  • Certification as a Financial Planner (CFP) or similar credential is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in all client interactions
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite
