This pivotal role will involve leading the project management efforts for various high-profile developments, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee all aspects of project management for multiple development projects, driving them from conception through to completion.
  • Implement best practices in project management methodologies to maximize efficiency and deliver quality outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans in collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, contractors, and external partners, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
  • Identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare detailed project reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and forecasts.
  • Mentor and support junior project management staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
