Join Qiddiya Investment Company as a Senior Manager District Cooling and play a vital role in the development of one of the most ambitious entertainment projects in Saudi Arabia. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and operation of effective district cooling systems tailored to meet the unique demands of our diverse projects. Your expertise will ensure that these systems are not only efficient but also contribute to the sustainability goals of Qiddiya.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the planning, design, and execution of district cooling projects, ensuring alignment with overarching project goals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate district cooling systems seamlessly into larger project frameworks.
- Oversee contracts and vendor relationships to ensure high standards in service delivery and equipment procurement.
- Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies to identify optimal cooling solutions for various developments.
- Monitor system performance post-installation, implementing enhancements as required while tracking operational efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental standards, and best practices in energy efficiency.
- Prepare detailed documentation and reports to communicate progress and results to stakeholders and senior management.
- Mentor and develop a team of engineers and specialists within the district cooling department.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to continuously improve cooling strategies.

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 9-12 years of relevant experience in district cooling or HVAC systems management.
- Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to manage large-scale infrastructure projects.
- In-depth knowledge of cooling technologies and energy efficiency standards relevant to the region.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively guide and collaborate within a diverse team.
- Proficient in project management software and tools, as well as design tools relevant to cooling systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on innovation and sustainability.
