Qiddiya Investment Company is pioneering the development of a vibrant new city dedicated to entertainment, culture, and the arts. We are currently searching for an Associate Director - Strategy Oversight to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on ensuring strategic alignment throughout various project initiatives while maintaining adherence to our vision and objectives.
The Associate Director will play a critical role in overseeing strategic planning, facilitating key decision-making processes, and promoting cross-functional collaboration. You will leverage your experience in strategy development and execution to drive Qiddiya's overarching goals, ensuring the organization remains competitive and innovative in an evolving market landscape.

- Support in the development and execution of strategic plans aligned with the organization's vision and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to provide insights and recommendations for strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and trends that may impact project delivery.
- Establish metrics for evaluating strategic performance and effectiveness of ongoing projects.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to communicate strategic objectives and reinforce alignment across teams.
- Monitor the execution of strategic initiatives by identifying risks, challenges and proposing corrective measures when necessary.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision making by providing analysis, reports, and information that support strategic objectives.
- Support the leadership in the development of business cases and strategic proposals.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Job specifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Strategy, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10+ years of experience in strategy development and oversight within a corporate or consultancy environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and engaging with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw insights from data and develop actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in strategy and project management tools.
