AHS, a leader in premium real estate management, is seeking an experienced and meticulous Female Housekeeper for an Ultra Luxury Penthouse. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the penthouse is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization, providing an exceptional living environment for our discerning clients. Your expertise in housekeeping and attention to detail will contribute significantly to the luxurious experience the penthouse offers.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and organization of all areas within the penthouse, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces
- Manage laundry services, including washing, ironing, and folding of high-end linens and garments
- Conduct regular checks on inventory, supplies, and amenities, ensuring everything is well-stocked and in pristine condition
- Assist with meal preparation and dining setup as needed
- Adhere to strict health and safety guidelines and maintain the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality
- Collaborate with other household staff to ensure seamless operations
- Respond to any guest requests promptly and professionally
