We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Specialist - Employee Services to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for enhancing the employee experience and ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services across the organization.
As a Specialist in Employee Services, you will serve as a key point of contact for employees, providing support for various HR-related inquiries and processes. Your focus will be to promote a positive work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding HR inquiries, policy interpretations, and benefits administration.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Coordinate employee services programs, including wellness initiatives, recognition programs, and employee engagement activities.
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other offerings.
- Assist with performance management processes, including tracking progress and coordination of reviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the employee services function.
- Assist in organizing company-wide events and activities to foster engagement and a positive workplace culture.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and HR trends to enhance service delivery.
- Provide support with exit interviews and analysis of employee feedback to inform retention strategies.
