Qiddiya Investment Company is on a journey to redefine entertainment in Saudi Arabia, and we are seeking an Assistant Manager - Production to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of our production activities, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.
Your expertise will be essential in managing production processes, collaborating with various departments, and overseeing the logistics of events and projects that highlight Qiddiya’s unique offerings. This role provides an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of innovative entertainment experiences.
Responsibilities
- Support with all the requirements for any printing, merchandising, production, and branding for the master brand and the destinations with technical know-how of various techniques & methods used in graphics installation, exhibition stands & events
- Prepare final artworks ready for production, manage on-site branding, and possible requirements as per location
- Monitoring and managing the brand presence across sports activations teams, development teams on site, experience centre/s, internal events, and activations
- Define the materials, printing quality, and special executions as per the requirements
- Support with the procurement negotiation, quality assurance & control through drafting the tender requirements
- Plan & control workflow to meet deadlines, monitoring closely for team efficiency to ensure effective delivery
- Proficient in proposing venues for events & launches based on site recce, feasibility & compatibility study alongside the brand team
