At Qiddiya Investment Company, we are on the lookout for a dynamic and strategic Senior Director - Projects to join our leadership team. This pivotal role involves overseeing the execution of transformative projects that contribute to the development of Saudi Arabia's premier entertainment and lifestyle destination.
Your extensive experience in project management will be crucial as you lead a diverse team through the entire project lifecycle, from conception to completion. You will play a vital role in shaping our project strategy, ensuring alignment with our vision, and fostering collaboration across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage the planning, execution, and monitoring of large-scale projects within Qiddiya, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Implement project management best practices to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and enforce comprehensive project schedules and financial plans, addressing any risks or challenges proactively.
- Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or queries.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safety protocols, and sustainability initiatives throughout the project execution.
- Continuously evaluate project performance to identify areas for improvements and best practices.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 15 years of relevant project management experience, with significant exposure to large and complex projects.
- Expertise in project management methodologies, including proficiency in PMO standards.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a strong track record of motivating and managing diverse teams.
- Exemplary communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, particularly in risk management and mitigation.
- Previous experience in the entertainment, tourism, or related sectors is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools to enhance project tracking and reporting.
