Qiddiya Investment Company is committed to transforming the future of entertainment and leisure in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Director - Projects (DEL-243) to lead the delivery of innovative projects that will reshape the experiences in our destination.
As the Director - Projects, you will play a crucial role in managing large-scale initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring they align with our strategic vision. You will collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders, instilling a sense of ownership and accountability throughout the project lifecycle while ensuring adherence to high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Executive Director of Delivery, the Director - Projects will be accountable for:
- Leading and managing the project delivery for the assigned program, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality benchmarks.
- Coordinating with various departments and external partners to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project cycle.
- Developing comprehensive project plans and strategies that align with the overall goals and objectives of Qiddiya.
- Monitoring project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain timelines and budgets.
- Overseeing risk management and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Mentoring and developing a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in project management, specifically in large-scale development or construction projects.
- Proven leadership experience in overseeing multidisciplinary project teams.
- Deep understanding of project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a focus on results.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects in the entertainment or leisure sectors will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
