Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive growth and profitability across all segments of the business.
- Lead and manage commercial teams, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and fostering a culture of high performance.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships to maximize business opportunities and enhance the overall brand presence.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and positioning.
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting of commercial activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive execution of marketing, sales, and customer engagement strategies.
- Present insights, updates, and recommendations to the executive team to inform business strategy.

- A minimum of 20+ years of experience in commercial management, with a strong focus in the entertainment, leisure, or real estate sectors.
- Demonstrable success in developing and implementing effective commercial strategies.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with experience in managing diverse teams.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics and customer preferences in the entertainment industry.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret financial and market data.
