Responsibilities:
- UI/UX Design:
- Design and develop user-friendly interfaces for mobile banking applications.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and user flows that translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and customer expectations.
- Development and Implementation:
- Implement responsive and adaptive UI designs for various mobile platforms (iOS, Android).
- Use modern front-end frameworks, tools, and technologies to bring designs to life.
- Research and Testing:
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to enhance the mobile app experience.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies in the banking industry.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Communicate design ideas and receive constructive feedback to refine and optimize interfaces.
- Performance and Optimization:
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and accessibility.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations in the banking industry.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design and development for mobile applications, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter).
- Familiarity with mobile design guidelines for iOS and Android platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions.
- Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
- Creativity: Strong problem-solving skills with an innovative approach to design challenges.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
