Tagaddod is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Operations Marketing professional to join our dynamic team. This role will support our marketing operations by ensuring smooth coordination between our marketing initiatives and operational strategies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainability and a desire to grow in the field of marketing within the renewable energy sector.
Responsibilities:
- Support the marketing team in executing campaigns and initiatives that drive customer engagement and retention.
- Assist in analyzing marketing performance metrics and preparing reports to track the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and operational goals.
- Help manage logistics for marketing events, including coordination of materials, on-site support, and follow-up activities.
- Assist in maintaining marketing databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance marketing strategies.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, operations, or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
