We offer flexible vehicle ownership and financing options to make e-mobility accessible and empower our customers to succeed. As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our remote team and support our growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and investigate customer disputes to assess validity and determine appropriate action.
  • Gather relevant information and prepare clear, professional responses to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolution and gather additional context when needed.
  • Escalate complex cases to management or legal and assist in strategy development.
  • Maintain accurate records of all dispute activities and outcomes.
  • Help develop preventative measures and work with clients to reverse disputes through effective communication.

  • Probation period: 2 months
  • Monday to Friday, during daytime hours (EST)

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • 1+ year experience in dispute resolution or a related field.
  • Experience handling disputes in Stripe.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeGoogle Workspace, and other relevant software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Fluent in English (C1-C2 level).
