Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various channels, including email, chat, and social media.
- Provide accurate information about products, orders, and company policies to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges in a professional manner.
- Gather and document customer feedback to contribute to product improvements and service enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to report recurring issues and suggest improvements based on customer experiences.
- Maintain a positive attitude while handling difficult customer interactions and ensure a streamlined resolution process.
- Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of MyJam's product offerings and cultural food industry trends.
- Contribute to the creation of FAQs and support documentation for improved customer self-service.
