Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Draftsman with strong expertise in joinery to produce and review detailed shop drawings, BOQs, and setting-out plans for interior and fit-out projects. You’ll work closely with production and technical teams to ensure precise execution and seamless coordination from design to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop drawings, joinery elevations, and setting-out plans from approved designs

• Conduct site measurements to validate and update drawings with as-built conditions

• Generate accurate BOQs and material lists for production and procurement

• Lead production handover meetings to explain technical scope and finishes

• Attend production updates to resolve drawing-related issues and ensure execution accuracy

• Perform quality checks to confirm production output aligns with drawings

• Review and guide junior draftsmen to maintain drawing accuracy and standards

• Identify and propose technical improvements to drafting and production processes

• Maintain drawing version control and ensure organized file management
