Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Manager - Onboarding (Saudi National) to join our Human Resources team. In this key role, you will oversee the entire onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth entry into the organization and fostering a welcoming and engaging culture. You will collaborate with various departments to design and implement effective onboarding programs that reflect our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the onboarding process for all new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Design, implement, and continuously enhance onboarding programs that effectively integrate new employees into the culture of Qiddiya.
- Conduct orientation sessions that introduce new hires to the company's values, mission, and operations.
- Collaborate with department heads to tailor onboarding plans that meet specific team needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding programs through employee feedback and performance metrics.
- Serve as a point of contact for new hires, answering questions and providing guidance throughout the onboarding process.
- Work closely with HR and internal stakeholders to ensure all necessary resources and training are available for new employees.
- Develop and maintain onboarding materials, including handbooks, training manuals, and digital resources.
- Support the continuous improvement of onboarding processes, leveraging best practices and emerging trends in employee engagement.
