Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Manager - Onboarding (Saudi National) to join our Human Resources team. In this key role, you will oversee the entire onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth entry into the organization and fostering a welcoming and engaging culture. You will collaborate with various departments to design and implement effective onboarding programs that reflect our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the onboarding process for all new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Design, implement, and continuously enhance onboarding programs that effectively integrate new employees into the culture of Qiddiya.
  • Conduct orientation sessions that introduce new hires to the company's values, mission, and operations.
  • Collaborate with department heads to tailor onboarding plans that meet specific team needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding programs through employee feedback and performance metrics.
  • Serve as a point of contact for new hires, answering questions and providing guidance throughout the onboarding process.
  • Work closely with HR and internal stakeholders to ensure all necessary resources and training are available for new employees.
  • Develop and maintain onboarding materials, including handbooks, training manuals, and digital resources.
  • Support the continuous improvement of onboarding processes, leveraging best practices and emerging trends in employee engagement.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in onboarding, human resources, or talent management.
  • Strong understanding of onboarding best practices and strategies for employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Proficient in HR management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Creative problem-solver with a passion for improving processes and employee experiences.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English.
  • Saudi National preferred to align with company diversity and localization goals.
