This pivotal role involves overseeing and enhancing our enterprise resource planning systems, ensuring that we are effectively managing our resources to meet operational goals and deliver outstanding value to our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of enterprise business resource management strategies, aligning resource planning with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee the integration of various business functions such as finance, operations, and human resources into a cohesive EBRM framework.
  • Analyze and report on resource allocation, utilization, and performance metrics, providing insights to improve decision-making processes.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their resource needs and deliver optimal solutions.
  • Facilitate training and support for staff on EBRM tools and processes, fostering a culture of resource efficiency.
  • Continuously assess and improve EBRM processes to maximize operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in resource management, recommending enhancements to current systems.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the adoption of appropriate technology solutions to support EBRM initiatives.
  • Prepare and manage budgets related to EBRM functions, ensuring the effective allocation of resources.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in resource management or enterprise performance management.
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing enterprise resource planning systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with industry-leading EBRM software and tools.
  • Leadership experience, with a strong capability to coach and develop team members.
