Senior Manager - OT Security

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager - OT Security to lead our operational technology (OT) security initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring the security and reliability of the operational technology infrastructures that support our world-class entertainment and lifestyle destination project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in OT security, risk management, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an OT security strategy that aligns with Qiddiya's overall business goals and risk management framework.
• Lead a team of OT security professionals, providing guidance and mentoring to ensure the effective execution of security plans.
• Perform risk assessments and vulnerability assessments of OT systems, identifying potential threats and recommending mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate OT and IT security measures, ensuring a cohesive security posture.
• Monitor and analyze security incidents, coordinating a rapid response to mitigate risks and resolve issues.
• Establish and maintain relationships with OT vendors and service providers to ensure security compliance and best practices.
• Conduct training and awareness programs for staff on OT security protocols and procedures.
• Stay current with emerging OT security trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements to maintain a robust security environment.
