We are currently seeking a skilled and visionary Senior Manager - IT Business Relationship Management (BRM) to join our team. In this vital role, you will serve as a strategic liaison between the IT department and the various business units, ensuring that IT services align with Qiddiya’s operational needs and strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their technology needs and business priorities.
  • Act as a bridge between IT and business units to ensure clear communication of requirements, priorities, and project statuses.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to align IT initiatives with overall business strategy, helping to drive digital transformation within the organization.
  • Facilitate the identification and prioritization of IT projects that support business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage the lifecycle of IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with quality standards.
  • Develop and implement processes to collect feedback from business units to continuously improve IT services.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for technology usage and alignment with industry standards and emerging trends.
  • Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure IT service delivery meets business expectations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions that enhance business performance.
  • Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and developments to recommend innovative solutions that drive business growth.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a business relationship management role.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL.
  • Proven experience in managing IT projects and teams, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve processes, utilizing data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with stakeholder management and engagement tactics to drive change and adoption of technology solutions.
