Qiddiya Investment Company is redefining the landscape of entertainment and culture in Saudi Arabia, and we are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager - IT BRM Excellence to join our dynamic team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the IT Business Relationship Management (BRM) function within our organization. Your objective will be to ensure that our IT initiatives continually align with business needs and help drive our strategic vision forward.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement best practices for IT BRM processes and frameworks to enhance collaboration between IT and business units.
  • Lead efforts to establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the IT BRM function and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for leveraging IT for competitive advantage and business value.
  • Conduct regular assessments of stakeholder satisfaction with IT services and implement initiatives to improve user experiences.
  • Develop training programs for IT and business staff on relationship management best practices and strategic alignment.
  • Act as a change agent to promote a culture of collaboration and innovation across the organization.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit business requirements and translate them into actionable IT projects.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of projects that meet business objectives while supporting IT operational excellence.
  • Monitor industry trends and advancements in IT BRM practices to keep the organization at the forefront of technology and business alignment.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in information technology and business relationship management, with proven leadership experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL and experience in establishing BRM processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience developing and utilizing performance metrics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving strategic initiatives and process improvements.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
