Join Qiddiya Investment Company as a Coordinator - Hospitality, where you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences by supporting the operations of our hospitality services. This position involves coordinating various hospitality functions, assisting with event planning, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery across our facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of hospitality events and activities, ensuring all details are managed effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain and manage hospitality-related documentation, such as contracts, service agreements, and event schedules.
- Provide support to guests and visitors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Help prepare detailed reports on hospitality operations, event performance, and guest feedback for continuous improvement.
- Monitor inventory of hospitality supplies and assist in procurement as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all hospitality activities.
