Tagaddod is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a wide array of tasks to ensure the efficiency of the office and the success of our executives.
Responsibilities
- Manage the executives' calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with high levels of accuracy.
- Act as the main point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Research and gather information to assist executives in decision-making processes.
- Oversee the execution of special projects by tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
- Assist in planning company events and meetings, including logistics and materials preparation.
- Support day-to-day administrative functions as required.
