Chefaa is an innovative digital health platform transforming the way people access medications and healthcare services in Egypt. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development to oversee our business development efforts and drive growth within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the BI Hub module in Egypt and KSA, ensuring business growth and market expansion.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, including emerging market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Conduct research and establish strong relationships with potential clients.
- Generate qualified leads and set up meetings with potential customers.
- Develop compelling proposals and presentations to secure new business.
- Negotiate contract terms and finalize deals with customers.
- Ensure agreements align with company objectives and client expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize value for both the company and the client.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create and publish targeted advertisements.
- Analyze campaign results and prepare a final performance report.
- Support in training, mentoring, and supporting the business development lead to enhancing their team's performance and skills.
