Chefaa is an innovative digital health platform transforming the way people access medications and healthcare services in Egypt. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development to oversee our business development efforts and drive growth within the organization.

Responsibilities

    • Oversee the BI Hub module in Egypt and KSA, ensuring business growth and market expansion.
    • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to deal closure.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
    • Identify new business opportunities, including emerging market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
    • Conduct research and establish strong relationships with potential clients.
    • Generate qualified leads and set up meetings with potential customers.
    • Develop compelling proposals and presentations to secure new business.
    • Negotiate contract terms and finalize deals with customers.
    • Ensure agreements align with company objectives and client expectations.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
    • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize value for both the company and the client.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to create and publish targeted advertisements.
    • Analyze campaign results and prepare a final performance report.
    • Support in training, mentoring, and supporting the business development lead to enhancing their team's performance and skills.

متطلبات الوظيفة

    • 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
    • Proven track record of successful business development and achieving sales targets.
    • A strong understanding of the health tech or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to think strategically and be result-oriented.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software and sales tools.
    • Fluency in English are a plus.
    • Experience in market analysis and business intelligence.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and campaign management.
