About the role:

Partnership Manager is responsible to oversee and facilitate the collaboration between two affiliated organizations or businesses. These experts offer expert assistance, recommendations, and direction for the process of merging or partnering, as well as strategic insights to assist both entities in reaching their core objectives through their partnership. A partnership manager collaborates closely with the executives of each organization, fostering effective communication and devising strategies to align with the mutual interests of both partnered entities. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide the team to achieve their assigned duties and targets effectively.
  • Identify and secure new key partners in the market, with a particular focus on enrolling Hero brands into the network to meet Dsquares' client needs.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key accounts, thoroughly understanding their needs and demands.
  • Present Dsquares' offerings, highlighting their features, benefits, and relevance to merchants by leveraging a deep understanding of the merchant's business and specific requirements.
  • Forecast and report on revenue and other crucial metrics, while closely monitoring actual progress toward meeting forecasts.
  • Continuously enhance the company's partnership strategies, expand the partner portfolio, formulate go-to-market plans, drive expansion opportunities, and oversee partnership growth.
  • Initiate contact with potential partners to meet essential business KPIs and align with the overall strategy.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to pinpoint collaboration prospects.
  • Uncover and establish a network while extending and managing relationships with potential partners.
  • Manage the pipeline and generate leads for new partnerships.
  • Follow through on external delivery and execution of partner collaboration projects, establishing best practices for internal execution.
  • Spearhead all communication with new and existing partners and/or strategic entities.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Proficiency in your native language.
  • Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.
  • Good French language level is plus. 
  • Demonstrated expertise in negotiation.
  • Exceptional account management abilities.
  • Proficient presentation skills.
  • Effective time management skills

Education & Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Mass Communication.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
