About The Role:

As a Fraud Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring of key fraud-related KPIs, allowing for timely updates and enhancements to detection strategies & generating comprehensive weekly and monthly fraud reports for clients, providing clear insights into trends, suspicious behavior, and actionable outcomes.


Key Duties & Responsibilities
:

  • Analyze customer transactions to detect and investigate potential fraudulent activities.
  • Monitor fraud-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and apply updates or enhancements as needed.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed weekly and monthly fraud reports to clients, summarizing findings, trends, and key insights.
  • Update and maintain the fraud dashboard to ensure it reflects the most current and accurate data.
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve fraud detection methods and strategies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of fraud prevention initiatives.

Required Skills &Abilities:

  • Familiar with using dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Looker Studio, or similar).
  • Proficiency in using MS tools (e.g., Excel, Power Point ).
  • Solid understanding of fraud detection techniques and trends.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
