We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and strategic professional for the role of Manager - Finance Operational Readiness. This position is critical for ensuring that our finance operations are well-prepared, aligned, and ready to support the company’s growth initiatives.

As the Manager of Finance Operational Readiness, you will lead efforts to develop and implement financial operational strategies that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our finance function. You will be responsible for assessing readiness for new processes, systems, and reporting standards, while also collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless integration of financial operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational readiness strategies for finance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Assess and prepare the finance team for upcoming changes in processes, tools, and reporting standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project management and operational readiness.
  • Establish and monitor benchmarks for finance operational readiness, providing relevant insights to senior management.
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance team capabilities and prepare for operational changes.
  • Identify risks associated with operational changes and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Continuously evaluate finance operations and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 6-9 years of experience in finance operations or project management.
  • Demonstrated experience in operational readiness assessment and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, systems, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
