As a Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering client engagements by conducting analyses, developing recommendations, and supporting project management activities. You'll work closely with senior team members while taking ownership of specific workstreams to drive measurable impact for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
- Lead assigned workstreams by conducting primary research, data analysis, and stakeholder interviews
- Develop client-ready deliverables including strategic reports, presentations, and implementation roadmaps
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify business challenges and improvement opportunities
- Support workshop facilitation and client meetings by preparing materials and documenting outcomes
Client Engagement
- Act as a day-to-day contact for client counterparts on assigned workstreams
- Translate client requirements into structured analyses and actionable insights
- Present findings and recommendations to client teams with senior consultant support
Practice Development
- Contribute to knowledge management by documenting best practices and case studies
- Support business development through research, proposal drafting, and capability presentations
- Participate in firm-wide initiatives to enhance methodologies and tools.
