The Operations Excellence Manager at Nawy Real Estate will play a pivotal role in driving operational improvements and fostering a culture of continuous enhancement. This position involves analyzing existing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing best practices to optimize productivity and ensure operational effectiveness across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement operational excellence initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize procedures and establish best practice guidelines.
- Lead training sessions and workshops to promote a culture of continuous improvement among staff.
- Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and measure the impact of operational changes.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and improvement progress.
- Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during process improvements.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather input and support for operational initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies to continually enhance operational performance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management or process improvement roles.
- Proven track record of managing operational excellence initiatives in a corporate environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
- Expert knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex ideas effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
