The Qiddiya Investment Company, a key player in developing world-class entertainment and leisure destinations in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a visionary and results-driven individual for the role of Director - Procurement (DEL-248). In this pivotal position, you will lead the procurement function, ensuring that all purchasing activities align with the strategic objectives of the organization and support the growth of Qiddiya.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute procurement strategies that maximize value and support project goals.
- Lead the procurement team in developing effective sourcing approaches and bid processes.
- Manage supplier relationships, fostering partnerships that drive efficiencies and innovation.
- Perform detailed market analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Ensure full compliance with procurement regulations, policies, and industry standards.
- Guide negotiations and manage contracts to secure optimal terms for the organization.
- Collaborate closely with various departments to accurately capture and fulfill procurement requirements.
- Evaluate and implement procurement technologies to improve operational effectiveness.
- Report procurement performance metrics to senior leadership on a regular basis.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field.
- At least 10-15 years of extensive procurement experience, with significant management experience.
- Strong knowledge of procurement best practices within the entertainment or construction sectors.
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Proactive leadership approach with a focus on team development and mentoring.
- Fluent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of procurement software and digital tools.
