Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a talented and experienced Director of Project Controls for the Residential business unit in Qiddiya Investment Company
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for the overall planning and project controls functions ensuring effective strategies and methodologies are executed to achieve project goals and timelines.
Leading a dedicated team, you will integrate planning processes and controls to ensure that the project is delivered on schedule, within budget, and meets the highest quality standards. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate complex challenges and provide expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage the project control and planning framework for the residential scope of Qiddiya project.
- Develop, monitor, and update project schedules, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.
- Implement effective cost management strategies, monitoring project budgets and forecasting expenditures.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks through effective risk management techniques.
- Provide regular project updates and performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze project data.
- Leading and mentoring the project controls and planning teams, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project planning and controls.
إمتيازات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in project controls and planning, with a strong focus on large-scale construction projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects, preferably in the sports or entertainment sector.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software, scheduling tools, and cost control systems.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is preferred.
- Experience working in the Middle East is a plus.
