Qiddiya Investment Company is searching for a dynamic and visionary Director of Development - Residential to spearhead the planning, execution, and management of residential development projects within our innovative urban community. This essential role will involve transforming Qiddiya into a vibrant and sustainable living space that caters to residents and enhances their quality of life.
As the Director of Development, you will oversee all facets of the residential development lifecycle, from initial market analysis and feasibility assessments to the design, construction, and delivery of residential communities. Your strategic leadership will be crucial in ensuring that projects align with Qiddiya’s mission and vision for a new kind of urban experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall strategy and execution of residential development projects, ensuring project alignment with Qiddiya's goals and community vision.
- Manage and coordinate all stages of the development process, including feasibility studies, design approvals, permitting, and construction oversight.
- Conduct market research to identify residential needs and trends, informing project concepts and differentiation.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and community organizations.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, quality standards, and sustainability practices throughout the development process.
- Mentor and develop the project management team to foster a culture of excellence and high performance.
- Prepare reports and strategic presentations for senior management, tracking project performance and aligning on objectives.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Development, Business, Architecture, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10-12 years of extensive experience in residential development or in a similar role within the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of managing multifaceted residential projects successfully, from initial concept through completion.
- In-depth knowledge of local real estate markets, zoning laws, and construction regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on collaborative working.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, with an emphasis on strategic planning and operational excellence.
