As a Client Care Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for delivering exceptional service and support. This role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and effective manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions.
  • Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions.
  • Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience.

  • Educational background in psychology, sociology, or social work.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Excellent in Arabic, English, and French (written).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Articulate and master the art of delivering information in a simple and consistent form.
  • Provide advice or suggestions for improvement according to objectives.
  • Master the skill of finding the right research for the most frequent questions.
