Introduction:
Qiddiya is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Manager required to play a crucial part in the implementation of Qiddiya by applying creative thinking and problem-solving support across the Implementation, Risk and Reporting team. Experienced in the development and delivery of large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects, specifically phasing and planning, to ensure successful delivery of the approved IMS & Implementation Plan aligned to Qiddiya’s City Framework Plan, while also working effectively in a team environment.
Key Technical Skills:
- Develop high-level Implementation plans for non – active Districts
- Manage the Implementation models and Implementation reports for active and non-active Districts for the development of the Qiddiya wide Implementation plan
- Integrate and interrogate data to drive coordinated implementation decision making
- Synthesize and summarize findings in a logical and structured way through the Implementation reports
- Prepare reports and presentations:
- Manage the preparation of high-quality work products in a timely manner
- Develop high-impact presentations, communicating findings and recommendations effectively at an executive level
- Ability to clearly present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Produce monthly implementation reports and dashboards for executive level reporting
- Support project management and coordination:
- Lead the project management and coordination activities of the implementation team
- Coordination with the CDU Implementation Program Team and the MDU Implementation team the interfaces and interdependencies between MDU and District teams within the IMS and Implementation Plans
- Learn and develop skills and knowledge:

Certifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business/engineering/land development
- May have previous working experience in Consulting or Development, Engineering and Construction
Specialist knowledge:
- Expertise in development Phasing & Scheduling & Cost Planning (e.g., phasing & timelines)
- Knowledge in infrastructure and/or respective business unit asset class (e.g. Residential, Retail, hospitality etc.)
- Knowledge of programmatic risks & construction logistics of project execution (e.g., procurement of materials, delays, contractor availability & market trends)
- Knowledge of development project requirements & typical bottleneck / blockers to interrogate & challenge respective Dev team on their programs
- Knowledge of construction logistics
