Senior Manager, Implementation (CDU 270)

Introduction:

Qiddiya is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Manager required to play a crucial part in the implementation of Qiddiya by applying creative thinking and problem-solving support across the Implementation, Risk and Reporting team. Experienced in the development and delivery of large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects, specifically phasing and planning, to ensure successful delivery of the approved IMS & Implementation Plan aligned to Qiddiya’s City Framework Plan, while also working effectively in a team environment.

Key Technical Skills:

• Gather and analyse data:

1. Develop high-level Implementation plans for non – active Districts
2. Manage the Implementation models and Implementation reports for active and non-active Districts for the development of the Qiddiya wide Implementation plan
3. Integrate and interrogate data to drive coordinated implementation decision making
4. Synthesize and summarize findings in a logical and structured way through the Implementation reports

• Prepare reports and presentations:

1. Manage the preparation of high-quality work products in a timely manner
2. Develop high-impact presentations, communicating findings and recommendations effectively at an executive level
3. Ability to clearly present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
4. Produce monthly implementation reports and dashboards for executive level reporting

• Support project management and coordination:

1. Lead the project management and coordination activities of the implementation team
2. Coordination with the CDU Implementation Program Team and the MDU Implementation team the interfaces and interdependencies between MDU and District teams within the IMS and Implementation Plans
