The Job in a Nutshell💡
Mrsool is seeking a Manager, Legal to lead our legal operations and ensure robust compliance across all business activities. This role is critical in managing external law firms, advising internal stakeholders, reviewing contracts and agreements, and proactively managing disputes and legal risks. You will be the go-to expert ensuring Mrsool operates within the highest legal and ethical standards while enabling business growth. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for an experienced in-house legal professional with strong negotiation and risk management skills.

What You Will Do💡
- Lead and oversee the execution of all legal matters, including advising on regulatory requirements, drafting and reviewing contracts, and managing litigation and disputes.
- Act as the primary liaison between Mrsool and external legal firms (local and international), ensuring high-quality service delivery and alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
- Provide proactive legal counsel to internal stakeholders across commercial, operations, and corporate functions, enabling sound business decisions while mitigating legal risks.
- Develop, implement, and maintain internal legal policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to ensure compliance with local and international laws.
- Communicate complex legal issues and risks clearly and effectively to executive leadership, supporting informed decision-making at all levels.
- Mentor and guide junior legal team members and support their professional growth.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory changes, assessing their impact on the business and advising on necessary adaptations.
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance legal processes, reduce risks, and drive efficiency across the legal function.
- Actively participate in cross-functional projects, contributing legal expertise to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and protect the company’s interests.

What Are We Looking For❓
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Minimum of 7 years of legal experience, including at least 3 years in an in-house legal counsel role.
- Solid experience in corporate law, commercial contracts, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to manage multiple external legal partners and vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high service standards.
- Strong skills in negotiation, risk assessment, and legal strategy development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of interacting with both legal and non-legal audiences.
- Proactive, business-oriented mindset with the ability to balance legal risks against commercial needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
