Associate Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Leads team on a small project or segment of a large project.
• Manages project plans, activity definition, sequencing, estimating, assigning and schedule control.
• Estimates and controls project costs and budgets.
• Plans and ensures the execution of quality assurance and testing activities.
• Develops team skills and manages the project team.
• Communicates and guarantees information distribution to team members, customers, and management.
• Identifies and analyzes risks and performs mitigation planning, monitoring, and execution. Regularly reports on project costs and progress.
