SaaS Sales Development Representative (GCC Market)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and drive business growth in the GCC region. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential customers for our SaaS solutions. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support pipeline growth and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Research and identify key stakeholders and decision-makers within target accounts across the GCC region.
  • Use outbound strategies (email, phone, LinkedIn, events) to initiate contact and generate interest in the company’s SaaS products.
  • Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns.

2. Market Intelligence & Outreach

  • Understand the GCC market dynamics, regulatory requirements, cultural nuances, and technology trends.
  • Customize outreach based on country-specific challenges and pain points.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors and industry developments.

3. Sales Pipeline Management

  • Schedule discovery meetings or product demos for Account Executives.
  • Log all activities in the CRM system and ensure data integrity.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads to meet monthly KPIs.

4. Collaboration & Reporting

  • Collaborate with marketing on campaign feedback and audience targeting.
  • Work with Account Executives to improve qualification criteria and handover processes.
  • Report weekly metrics on lead quality, conversion rates, and outreach effectiveness.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a SaaS SDR, BDR, or inside sales role.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive).
  • Experience in B2B sales and navigating mid-to-large enterprise organizations.
  • Strong understanding of the GCC market, culture, and business etiquette.
  • Previous experience selling in the cloud, software, or tech industry.
  • Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar.
