Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the overall growth strategy with a focus on both acquisition and retention. 
  • Build and optimize user acquisition funnels across digital channels—landing pages, paid media, email, and social. 
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy combining scalable above-the-line campaigns with personalized, data driven below the line initiatives to drive acquisition and retention. 
  • Track performance across the full funnel, analyze data, and develop actionable insights to improve ROI. 
  • Design and run A/B tests and experiments to optimize user flows, conversion, and engagement. 
  • Collaborate closely with content, product, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent value delivery across all touchpoints. 
  • Develop and manage lifecycle marketing initiatives and loyalty programs that increase retention and LTV. 
  • Lead segmentation strategies, churn analysis, and trigger-based CRM marketing automation. 
  • Support the launch of new commercial products and services with coordinated growth campaigns.

  • 3+ years of related experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment 
  • Demonstrated success in driving customer acquisition and retention through omnichannel strategies. 
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and performance tracking. 
  • Proficient in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and data visualization platforms. 
  • Solid grasp of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and churn mitigation. 
  • Effective cross-functional collaborator and clear communicator, comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Strategic and creative thinker with the ability to execute quickly and adapt to shifting priorities. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
