Senior Creatio Developer
*Key Responsibilities*
- Design, develop, and maintain complex solutions on the Creatio platform, including custom business workflows and user interfaces.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for workflow automation and process optimization.
- Build, customize, and optimize modules for work order management, ticketing, and asset management to support business operations
- Ensure seamless integration of Creatio with other enterprise systems and databases
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices in software design and architecture.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve system issues to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Document technical designs, workflows, and customizations for ongoing support and knowledge sharing.
*Required Skills & Experience*
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Creatio (Terrasoft) CRM platform, including workflow and UI customization.
- Strong proficiency in .NET/C#, JavaScript, and database technologies (e.g., Oracle, PL/SQL).
- Demonstrated experience building and optimizing business workflows and process automations.
- Expertise in developing custom UI/UX components and integrating with external systems.
- Deep understanding of work order management, ticketing, and asset management business processes.
- Solid knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

- Experience with high-load enterprise applications.
- Prior work in asset-intensive industries or service management environments.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
