Octopus by RTG is on a mission of connecting top notch ogranizations around the globe with top notch talents. We are currently looking for a IT License Analyst to join one of our clients in the FMCG Industry.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the DTPS license catalog as the single source of truth for all software assets (currently manual, transitioning to ServiceNOW Software Asset Management system).
- Assist the IT License Manager in preparing detailed reports on license catalog status, utilization, and agreements in collaboration with the DTPS VMO contracts management team.
- Coordinate with suppliers, Business Shared Services (BSO), and DTPS teams to manage the license procurement process, including raising Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and supporting invoicing/Service Entry Sheets (SES).
- Support the annual internal and external audit processes related to software licenses.
- Organize and facilitate monthly and quarterly internal meetings with finance and DTPS platform teams to ensure license compliance and performance tracking.
- Ensure 100% compliance with internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software/license management.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with DTPS stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge of SAP for Purchase Requisition creation and experience with license management systems (preferred).
- Experience working in a large enterprise environment is an advantage.
Language:
- Professional working proficiency in English.
