Overview:
RISE Sport | Culture | Entertainment (SCE) is one of the GCC’s leading sponsorship consultancy.
With offices in Dubai, UAE and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (KSA), RISE specialises in providing data-driven, sustainable sponsorship services and consulting to some of the region’s leading brand and rights holder clients.
Programme Operations Manager:
SCOPE:
- The consultant will assume the role of Programme Operations Manager, for a KSA based sporting project
- The Programme Operations Manager will be RISE’s central operational lead, based at the client’s HQ and will take responsibility for the day-to-day needs of the programme, with support from the RISE project team.
- They will be ultimately responsible for the seamless execution of the project, under the direct supervision of the RISE lead project consultant against the milestone, activities and deliverables set-out in the project plan.
The key activities and tasks are as follows:
- Support the development of the sports project leadership training programme, including:
- Update and refresh the content and learning programme
- Create video content requirements.
- Create the recruitment and enrolment process
- Execute and deliver the programme
- Post event reporting and feedback
Develop, implement, and manage the community sports tournament(s), including:
- Design an updated competition structure
- Update and implement the tournament recruitment process
- Align with leaders and former team captains
- Scope and budget resources for activating the event
- Manage and execute the tournament fixtures, match operations and reporting
- Update "The Pak" tailoring it for this year tournament(s) format
- Design and deliver side activations together with the project director based on project demands.
WORKING HOURS AND LOCATION:
- The needs of the project shall dictate the allocation of time and weekly work schedules; these will be pre-agreed between the contractor and RISE
- Notionally, throughout the period of the contract, the contractor should expect to work Five (5) days per week, circa Forty(40) per week from Monday to Friday, noting that there will be a requirement to work weekends, eve’s and during unsociable hours
TERM:
- The contract would provide for a scope though to the end of 2025, there is a one month notice period built into that
VISA
- If you are UAE based, you will need a UAE freelance visa
REMUNERATION & PACKAGE:
- Competitive monthly salary
- The cost of a return monthly airfare from Saudi to Riyadh or Dubai

- A car to use on sight and petrol expenses
- Phone expenses for use within the programme
- All kit, equipment and IT required for the role
