Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive procurement strategies that align with Qiddiya's project needs and overall vision.
- Oversee the procurement lifecycle, from supplier identification and selection to contract management and performance evaluation.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to enhance collaboration and performance.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential suppliers, cost-saving opportunities, and procurement trends.
- Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management, providing insights on market conditions and supplier performance.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing procurement team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Implement innovative procurement practices and technology to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and corporate policies throughout the procurement process.

- In-depth understanding of procurement methodologies and industry best practices.
- Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills to manage supplier relations effectively.
