Senior Specialist - Accounts Payable

Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of developing the largest entertainment and leisure destination in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a dedicated and accomplished Senior Specialist - Accounts Payable to join our finance team and help us manage our financial operations efficiently. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payment to vendors while maintaining compliance with internal controls and procedures.

Your position is critical in fostering positive vendor relationships, resolving discrepancies, and contributing to the financial health of our organization. You will also support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize accounts payable processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle including invoice processing, approval workflows, and payment disbursement.
• Ensure all vendor invoices and payment requests are accurately reviewed and processed in accordance with company policies.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of vendor accounts and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal departments.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the accounts payable function.
• Participate in month-end closing activities, preparing necessary reports and reconciliations.
• Assist during audits by providing required documentation and insights related to accounts payable processes.
• Provide mentorship to junior accounts payable team members, assisting in their professional development.
