Qiddiya Investment Company is a leader in transforming the entertainment and cultural landscape in Saudi Arabia, and we are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Senior Specialist - Employee Relations to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will play a critical part in fostering a positive work environment while managing employee relations issues and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Responsibilities

Employee Disputes, Grievances & Investigations

  • Handle and resolve employee complaints and disputes in a fair and timely manner.
  • Conduct objective and thorough internal investigations in compliance with company policy and labor regulations.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of cases and outcomes to ensure transparency and consistency.

Qiwa Contract Management

  • Administer and manage employee contracts through the Qiwa platform.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate with HR and legal teams to address any contract-related issues.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare regular reports on employee relations metrics, trends, and case outcomes.
  • Provide insights to support decision-making and enhance HR strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records and dashboards for audits and compliance reviews.

Offboarding & Exit Management

  • Facilitate the employee offboarding process, including clearance and final settlement.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and identify areas for organizational improvement.
  • Ensure smooth transitions and compliance with all offboarding protocols.

Probation Period Management

  • Monitor probationary periods and ensure timely performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate with managers to assess fit and confirm employment decisions.
  • Provide guidance on necessary actions for unsuccessful probation completions.

Day-to-Day Employee Relations Support

  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations queries and concerns.
  • Support the implementation of ER policies, practices, and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure a positive and compliant workplace culture.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in employee relations, human resources, or a related field.
  • Thorough knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in employee relations.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build partnerships and trust with employees and management.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess situations and implement effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for employee engagement and organizational culture.
