JODAYN, a leading provider of professional training solutions, is looking for a driven and results-oriented Training Sales Representative to join our team in Riyadh.

- Proactively identify and engage potential clients to promote our top-tier training programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses, government organizations, and individuals.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calls, emails, and industry events.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable training solutions.
- Effectively negotiate pricing and contracts to drive successful deal closures.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless program delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1/2 years of sales experience in the Saudi market, ideally in training, education, or a related industry.
- Preferably experienced in selling IT training programs or management courses.
- Candidates with strong connections in the government and banking sectors are highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
