Pre-Sales Solution Lead

A Solution Lead plays a crucial role in designing, presenting, and delivering technology-driven solutions that align with client needs.

This role combines technical expertise, strategic consulting, and sales support to drive revenue growth.

The key roles and responsibilities:

• Understanding Client Requirements

• Work closely with clients, sales , and business development , Tech teams to gather technical and business requirements.

• Assess the feasibility of proposed solutions based on client IT infrastructure.

• Design customized IT solutions involving data, cloud, AI , DevOps, and software platforms.

• Manage and Support RFPs (Request for Proposals), RFIs (Request for Information), and tenders by preparing detailed solution

documents.

• Work with sales teams to create compelling technical proposals.

• Deliver product demonstrations, client presentations, and solution walkthroughs.

• Translate technical details into business value for stakeholders.

• Provide pricing models, effort estimation, and cost-benefit analysis for proposed solutions.

• Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of presales, solution selling, or relevant experience.
  • Strong technical acumen and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Collaborative team player with a passion for solving customer problems.
