Job Overview: LAWAZEM is looking for a dedicated and results-oriented Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities within your assigned accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Roles and Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty

- Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to provide tailored solutions

- Monitor account performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend strategies for growth

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver products and services that meet client expectations

- Prepare and present regular reports on account status, performance, and opportunities for growth

- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients

- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in the sales or client management field

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset

- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Fluent in Arabic and English
