POSITION OBJECTIVE
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the Group's comprehensive Financial Crime framework, covering all entities and business lines. Primary focus is on payments and cards for both fiat and digital assets.
- Define, establish, and embed the Group's AML policy and standards, ensuring alignment with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Develop and manage the Group's Financial Crime Risk Appetite, translating it into clear operational guidelines and controls.
- Oversee and optimize financial crime compliance operations, including payment screening, transaction monitoring, suspicious activity reporting, customer due diligence, and enhanced due diligence processes.
- Provide expert guidance and support to business units on all financial crime matters, fostering a strong culture of compliance.
- Stay abreast of evolving financial crime typologies, regulatory changes, and technological advancements, proactively identifying and mitigating emerging risks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Technology, to ensure a coordinated and effective approach to financial crime management.
- Represent the Group in discussions with regulatory bodies and external partners on financial crime-related matters.
- Lead and develop a team of financial crime professionals, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.
