Responsibilities
- Orchestrate and manage the entire onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training sessions.
- Collaborate with various departments to create a comprehensive onboarding experience tailored to departmental needs.
- Develop and deliver orientation programs that cover company policies, culture, and role-specific training.
- Act as a trusted resource for new hires, addressing their questions, concerns, and providing guidance throughout the onboarding process.
- Monitor the onboarding progress of new employees, offering support as needed to ensure a smooth transition.
- Collect feedback from new hires to continuously improve and refine onboarding programs and materials.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to onboarding activities.
- Promote a positive company culture by actively engaging new employees in company values and initiatives.
